From the enchanting territory of Gela, a few steps from the sea and under the Sicilian sun, comes ENEO Passito Moscato, the jewel of the Dessert Line. This IGT Terre Siciliane wine is an authentic expression of Moscato, grown on sandy soils at 30 meters above sea level, where the winemaking tradition blends with modern winemaking techniques. After a selected harvest and careful fermentation, ENEO Passito reveals a golden yellow color that preludes a complex bouquet of ripe fruit, honey and orange blossom, enriched by spicy notes. On the palate, it offers a balanced sweetness, a soft embrace of lingering flavors with a spicy and savory finish. Served at 12/14 °C in a tulip glass, it pairs beautifully with dry pastries and traditional Sicilian delicacies, celebrating moments of pure pleasure.
