Grillo Bio encapsulates the sunny soul of Sicily, thanks to careful cultivation in the coastal lands of the municipality of Palma di Montechiaro. This organic wine exalts the Grillo grape variety, an authentic expression of the island’s terroir, with its vines rooted in clayey limestone soils, just a few steps from the sea. Cryomaceration and low-temperature fermentation reveal a lively straw yellow in the glass, with greenish highlights that promise freshness. The nose opens with a complex bouquet of herbs and medicinal plants typical of the Mediterranean maquis, enriched by floral notes and a light touch of spice. On the palate, its dry structure is balanced with a pleasant savory finish, making it the ideal companion for an aperitif or to accompany the finesse of fish and seafood dishes.
