PÀLICI SPUMANTE ETNA DOC WHITE

BRUT Classic Method

This sparkling wine emerges from the exclusivity of Nerello Mascalese grown on the northern slopes of Etna, 650 meters above sea level. Its vinification, according to the strict classic method, with more than 36 months of maturation on yeasts, results in a sparkling wine of extraordinary complexity. Characterized by a golden yellow color, a bouquet of volcanic minerality, custard, and citrus notes, it offers the palate an experience of unique freshness, savoriness, and persistence.
